In past I heard many wrong things about credit cards and their charges and one time I even heard from somewhere that the credit card companies even beat you up if you are not able to pay up the dues. But all was myth and no reality was there in all such nonsense talks.

Now I am a proud owner of a credit card and I know the do’s and dont’s about credit card, so I can safely handle the card in my hands. My story is a little bit different than others as I never got permission from my father to own a credit card neither he allowed me to use his credit card saying that I am a small kid to handle the credit card. This was till last year but this year when I told my father that I need to have one Credit Card as I am doing some online businesses and need to buy things online so I need one. So, he granted me permission to have one. I applied in one of the local banks and then I got one International Card without any fees whatsoever.

There are some of the major factors which you have to keep in mind while using a credit card and they are as follows
1. Get your Billing date from Customer Care of the Bank so that you can be sure to pay your dues by a certain date.
2. Pay your dues by a fixed date before the month ends so that you do not attract any penalty.
3. Take minimum Cash Advances from the ATM machines as POS purchases are free of cost and Cash Advances do cost money from the day they were taken.

Finally do not disclose your Card’s number and CVV or CVC code to anyone, by anyone I mean anyone not even your friends. This was all about me and my Credit Card what about you and your Credit Card.
Do you have a Credit card or want to have one but are unable to get one or want full information about the same then I must say that you should visit Extra Credit Cards to get as much information about them as you can.

So, the date for CAT exams is coming near day by day, and there are more than 1lakh aspirants of CAT each year as IIM’s are the most prestigious institute in India for the study of Management. Since this March Indian Cabinet Ministers have decided to increase the fees of the IIM’s from 2.25 Lakhs for the course to a hefty 12.5 Lakhs for the course.

Think about me now , I am a middle class boy coming from a family of four and the only person working in my family is my father and we i.e. my brother and me both are studying at present so, there are daily expenses as well , from where would he be able to bring this much amount.

Only one thing can help me in study and that is some sort of Private Student Loans from either banks or money lenders to help me buy the books, tuition fees, my hostel fees and most of all my daily expenses which I have to incur in these two years of study which I think would be more than enough and yes how could I forget the most important thing which is food.

If you are in states you can easily take help of some websites to get Private Student Loans but here in India we do not have websites to help us get that loan.

So, today I would like to tell you something about webhosting. What is a web host and what is its function.

Simply speaking when we enter any website in our browser’s window it is the webhost which provides us the content i.e. the data we see. Taking a small example of BBC , when any of us would like to view news on internet they would enter the address of the site in bar and then the server where BBC is hosted would provide us with the daily content or news which we requested.

Those big sites are hosted on dedicated servers and a common man like me and you does not want to think about that level, instead we think about hosting our sites or blogs on standard shared server with several other people which according to is perfectly fine when we do have to start. Ok now as we start our online journey we would like to get some information about webhosts as well and for that you need to get some reviews about the sites and Web Hosting Pal is one such website which provides you with the reviews about hosting sites and their prices.

They think about common man and provide the host with the cheapest rates available and sometimes cheapest does not mean small, they have reviewed Hostgator which is a pretty much large company and Bluehost which is again large company as well. So, if you would like to get some reviews about a particular webhosting company then be sure to visit Web Hosting Pal.

Most of us use two different approaches to define the Hierarchy of objectives: top-down approach and the bottom-up approach. Understanding of this phenomenon is essential because arises whether objectives should be set at the top and communicated lower d or it is in reverse direction.

In the top-down approach. at the extreme top of tJ is the purpose which has two dimensions. First, there is the purpose of the 1 as requiring the organisation to contribute to the welfare of the people by pro1 and services at the reasonable cost.

Second, there is the purpose of the bus may be the ultimate objectives of the business such as what an organisatior to be. For example. mission might be described as the basic philosophy of the 0 However, the distinction between purpose and mission is not very obvious ar used synonymously. At the next level of the hierarchy, overall organisationa as specified by various strategies and policies are defined. These lead to Spt objectives in terms of quantitative standards

These objectives are further ( divisional, departmental, and individual objectives. At individual level, tv objectives exist: performance of individuals which contributes to the achil organisational objectives and personal objectives of individuals which they war while working in the organisation. At each level of objectives, managers of diffl are involved. For example. overall objectives are formulated by top managem sets objectives for all key-result areas where performance is necessary organisational objectives.

Middle-level managers are involved in the setting of area objectives. divisional objectives, as well as departmental objectives. TI concern of lower-level managers is the setting of objectives on the department: level as well as the objectives of their subordinates. Although in the hierarchy of individual performance and objectives have been shown at the bottom level, m the higher levels also should set objectives for their performance and develop in top-down approach. upper-level managers determine the objectives subordinates. While in bottom-up approach, subordinates initiate the setting of for their position and present them to their superiors.

There is a controversy whether an organisation should use the top-down ap setting the objectives or it should use bottom-up approach. Proponents oftop-doW! suggest that the total organisation needs direction through organisational provided by the top management which may include owners of the organisation. P of the bottom-up approach. on the other hand, argue that top management nee I information from lower levels in the form of objectives. Subordinates are more Ii motivated and committed by the objectives which they initiate. While both aI have certain positive and negative aspects, in order to take the advantages (combination of the both is followed. To what extent both will be combined de situations such as size of the organization, organizational culture, leadership managers, etc.

Social responsibility (SR) of managers particularly in business organizations has, been one of the most talked about and widely supported subjects. Traditionally, businesses  basic objective has been defined in terms of profit maximization. The first break 1930s when the view was advanced and accepted that managers of large company make decisions which maintain an equitable balance among the shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, and general public. Managers were considered trustees interests. Such a view was later developed as the social responsibility.

The phrase social responsibility is widely used in the literature of sociology, an economics, politics, and business management. However, conceptually as well as in also, this has been a volatile, vague, and confused area. Conceptually, people are clear what is the exact meaning of SR and what they are expected to do under practical point of view, the response from business has gone on providing as ranging from mere lip-sympathy to multi-lakh rupees concrete programmes in our From conceptual point of view, SR has been defined by Davis as follows:

“Social responsibilities refer to the businessman’s decisions and actions taken to reasons at least partially beyond the firm’s direct economic or technical interest. “

This is a broad definition of SR and prescribes actions not related to the interests of the organization. Still broader view has been suggested by Andrews when he says that:

“By social responsibility, we mean the intelligent and objective concern for the we society that restrains individual and corporate behavior from ultimately these activities, no matter how immediately profitable, and leads in the direction of contributions to human betterment, variously as the latter may be defined.”

The difference between optical and digital zoom

Most of the digital cameras available these days come with preloaded feature of digital and optical zoom. However these terms are confusing and an average customer finds it hard to differentiate between the two.
Optical zoom is very similar to the zoom lenses on the analog camera or the popularly known 35 mm camera. To use this function and enlarge the image you change the length of your lens to bring the object in your image closer to the camera. It is important to know here that the optical zoom doesn’t affect the quality of image that has been filmed or shot

However the digital zoom functions differently. It uses the image that has already been snapped and crops and then zooms into the cropped part. It is similar to the one that you have been using in your computers. Important point to know here is that it degrades the image quality considerably.

Let’s get some links

The importance of links is hidden from no one. You need links to see yourself anywhere in the search engine rankings. Especially Google gives great importance to these links. More the number of relevant links more are your chances to get some traffic in the niche you are in.

It is not only the search engines for which you need links for, you also need links for popularity and traffic from different sites. This is actually more important because there are high chances that you might not make it to the first page of search engines and believe me 99% of the traffic ends on the first page itself.

Achieving first page search engine ranking is hard because of the sites that have spent thousands of dollars to be there. Also some of the spots are occupied by sites like Wikipedia which gets considerable amount of traffic because of its internal links. You might not be able to beat others at this and therefore it is important that you link to sites that come in your niche.
